The End of All Debate

Disarm, Disable, Destroy

"And I will knock the bow out of your left hand and the arrows out of your right." - Ħëzëqyæyl (Ezekiel) 39:3

How would you like to win a contest with a single atomic statement, a solitary irrefutable reference, to begin with, rather than end with, the mother of all coups d'état? When it comes to the "debate" between Christians and Jews on the supposed divinity of the messiah, Jews (and other true montheists or unitarians) can do exactly that. Yes, by only lifting the little finger, by sneezing in our sleep or even by merely thinking of our favourite flavour of ice cream - we win! The victory is so swift and so utterly complete that our opponents hardly have time to perceive their defeat and continue to linger in disbelief as they fire off some of their unused stores of ineffective ammunition. The real battle is simply convincing them that they have lost and can never recover - reminding me of James Thunder's epic one punch knock-out. So what is this ultimate weapon we boast of?

The Ultimate Weapon on Full Power

"You worship that which you do not know, but we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews."
- Yuhanan (John) 4:22

In other words, If one is not a Jew, they have no grounds on which to speak, debate, or teach anything about God to anyone. They don't even get a turn - and should not even bother asking for one. They are denied before they open their mouth, before they can even think of an argument. And regarding salvation, forget it. Once this truth has been invoked, all that's left to do is to clear out the foxholes into which idolaters have retreated with their out-of-context, misinterpreted and often mistranslated scripture verses.

"So says יהוה of hosts, In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men out of all the languages of the nations, shall take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."Zäkärya (Zechariah) 8:23

"Now if you pride yourself, remember that you do not supply the root, but the root supplies you." - Rühomäya (Romans) 11:18

Here we have the leader, king, founder, SUPPOSEDLY GOD HIMSELF, telling gentiles that they do not know what they are talking about when it comes to God. But any Jew could have said the same thing - that God has revealed Himself to the Jews and that only Jews have the correct understanding of God. One either accepts it or they do not. If every true Christian must believe in the Trinity or anything but traditional Jewish monotheism/unitarianism, then they are deniers of the messiah and do not believe nor follow him. They have rejected him and his truth, which comes from the Father.

Jews Are Theologically Superior to non-Jews

The woman whom Rabbi Yeshua spoke to in this passage was a Samaritan, and is in effect representing all non-Jews. Samaritans have what is considered to be the closest religion to Judaism, out of all religions, without actually being considered legitimate Judaism. Samaritans are as close as they come, and yet still they were considered to be ignorant of what they worship. So if any other gentiles think they know God or have the right theology, they should think again. If they have adopted the right understanding, then may God bless them. But there is no provision for non-Jews to come to Jews with their ideas about gods and religion nor to reinterpret Jewish scriptures to Jews. It is absurd. God did not reveal Himself to other people through Greek mythology, nor any other mythologies. He sent His salvation to the Jewish people, and the messiah, who is an orthodox Jew, sent out his emissaries to make disciples of the gentiles, to convert the gentiles - not to be converted by the gentiles.

"Now says יהוה of myriads; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men, out of all languages of the nations, shall take hold of the sleeve of him who is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you." - Zäkärya (Zechariah) 8:23

It really doesn't matter what non-Jews think. It doesn't matter how well they form arguments and string together scriptures, exercise logic, etc., their interpretations are ignorant. Even if they are correct, they still lack the authority to confirm or teach it. All they can do is receive it or reject it. Jews have nothing to be taught about God by gentiles. Nothing at all. Not now, not ever. In fact the Torah forbids us from ever considering anything an outsider has to say about theology.

"Do not follow other deities, such as the gods of the nations around you, for יהוה your God is a God who demands loyalty from you, for if you do, the anger of יהוה your God will be stirred up against you, and cause you to be destroyed off the face of the earth." - Pëtgäma (Deuteronomy) 6:14-15

"If you ever forget יהוה  you God, and follow other gods, worshiping them and bowing to them, I bear witness to you today that you will be totally annihilated."Pëtgäma (Deuteronomy) 8:19

"Be careful that your heart not be tempted to go astray and worship other gods, bowing down to them."Pëtgäma (Deuteronomy) 11:16

"Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if you obey the commandments of יהוה your God, which I command you this day: And a curse, if you will not obey the commandments of יהוה your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which you have not known."Pëtgäma (Deuteronomy) 11:26-28

"If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your heart, or your friend, which is as your own soul, entices you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, neither you, nor your forefathers; Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, near to you, or far off from you, from the end of the earth even to the end of the earth; You shall not yield to him, nor listen to him; neither shall your eye pity him, neither shall you spare him, neither shall you conceal him: But you shall certainly kill him; your hand shall be the first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And you shall stone him with stones, so that he dies, because he has desired to push you away from יהוה your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall not commit such wickedness anymore among you."Pëtgäma (Deuteronomy) 13:6-11

Foreign God = Instant Forfeiture

Be assured that the Trinity or Tri-Unity is a foreign god that Israel has never known, and to accept such a god is wickedness, and according to the Torah worthy of death. There can never be any tolerance of it.

Realise this, the instant a Jew adopts another God, that is the moment in which they absolutely cease to be a Jew. For our loyalty and exclusiveness to our God is what makes us Jews. He is our identity and we are called only by His Name. It is therefore IMPOSSIBLE for a Jew to be a Christian or of any other religion. For יהוה demands exclusive worship through His Name, and Him alone. There are no exceptions. You can't add Jesus or any other person to it.

"But now, O יהוה, you are our Father, we are the clay, and thou our potter and we are all the craftsmanship of your hand." - Isa 64:8

"O יהוה of myriads, God of Israel, who resides between the cherubims, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made the heavens and the earth." - Isa 37:16

If יהוה is our Father and our Father is God and God alone, there never was room for anyone else.

God Hasn't Changed - Neither Has Jewish Theology

At no time in since Rabbi Yeshua made that statement, has Jewish theology changed concerning the nature or understanding of God. There is no record of it. The belief and understanding is precisely the same as it always was since the days of Moses. Christianity on the other hand had to develop their Christologies and theologies over time, and they looked very similar to their former mythologies, whereas Judaism had it given all at once, instantly and completely. The God of the Jews 2000 years ago is the same God of the Jews of today. If you want to understand Who God is, find any orthodox Jew, they will tell you. If Jews have the wrong understanding today, then so did Moses, and Abraham since nothing has changed since their day.

No Such Thing as "Judeo-Christianity"

Christians presume that they have the same God as the Jewish people - and that together they do not have the same God as the Muslims. Did they ever think to ask Jews and Muslims if they agreed with that assessment? If they did, they would quickly learn that it is Jews and Muslims mutually agree that they share the same God and that Christians believe a theology foreign and blasphemous to both. The true Jewish opinion of Christian theology is that it meets the definition idolatry, a worship of the creation as God our Creator.

The War Is Over - Convert the Captives

Now that the "debate" is over, once and for all, we can proceed with education. Passages that are difficult to understand, that one may have previously thought supported the Trinity, or some other perverse notion, will be graciously explained. For before a Jew is permitted to reveal the Torah and prophets to others, they must ensure that the student has overcome their idolatry - lest they attribute their appreciation to a false god. Now for those who have been humbled and who submit to the champions of salvation, on to peaceful teaching and learning of the Torah!
